The universe conspired and made me busy with a lot of things again. My poor old blog is feeling neglected thus the posting for today. I’ve got pictures and stories but I only have 11 days to complete a campaign that I have launched for this major event at work.

I’m supposed to be on vacation today but I’m sitting at my “satellite” cubicle waiting until my babies are done with their task. It’s been so hectic that a colleague and I have been thinking up ways to handle our shift.

Here’s part of our discussion:

Prof: gagawa nga ako sariling process flow chart pag dating ng 9 pm shift eto ang ginagawa
me: oo nga
me: paano ba yan, admin task ba yun
Prof: yup
Prof: para di tayo nabibigla.. meron tayo sariling flow chart..
Prof: lagay kita sa top level hahhahhahahah
me: may suggestion ako
Prof: escalation ka
me: lagay tayo nung queue number
me: kung may gusto kang itanong, dapat may number ka
me: kung di pa number mo ang sinasagot, hintay ka muna
me: tutal kung dumating naman sila, di natin expected
me: pwede rin tayong mag-assign ng queue category
Prof: ok yan..
me: parang sa globe, tipong iba yung numbering ng bayad, support, sales, etc
Prof: hahhaa
Prof: iba ang linya ..
me: sa atin naman: training class, schedule, food, room assignment…
Prof: good idea!!!!
me: ano pa bang category ang wala
me: ?
Prof: after sales
Prof: yung may reklamo sa training
Prof: si tatang ang ilalagay natin sa desk
